Phone Support
Axis IT Consulting offers a phone support program to our clients called Axis Complete – Phone Support. As a member of our phone support program you will have access to a large database of support sheets designed to make everyday processes and procedures easy. Axis Complete also enables you to contact one of our professional staff members Monday to Friday simply by picking up the phone. You will have prioritised access to our team who will be there to help you with any issues.
 
Axis Complete users not only receive phone support but can also have their questions answered via e-mail. The dedicated e-mail address is only available to Axis Complete members. This enables you to send in any questions outside of business hours and one of our professionals will answer your e-mail as soon as possible the next business day.
 
Site Support
Axis IT Consulting offers a program designed to give one-on-one training and support at your office on a monthly, quarterly, or half yearly basis. This program called Axis Complete – Site Support is ideally suited to assist with BAS and End of Year preparation. One of our professional staff members will conduct file review/improvement and training at your office every month, quarter or half year. It is designed to increase the effective use of your business software and the reporting that you are able to generate, as well as increase the skills and knowledge of your business application.
