Graduate Program
RWG provides an excellent environment in which to kick off your career. We offer a nurturing and relaxed atmosphere and provide you with an opportunity to expand your knowledge with structured on-the-job training and a mentoring program to assist you through the early stages of your career. We recruit our graduates once a year with the process for next year’s intake to begin in July for commencement in February next year.
Training Program
In order to ensure our staff keep up to date with forever changing legislation and law our firm uses training professionals Webb Martin to provide in-house training once a month. The training sessions are designed to alert staff to current tax changes, explain the implications of the changes in a practical manner and provide an awareness of any pitfalls and opportunities. In addition special topics are covered to reinforce practical examples.
Professional Qualifications & Postgraduate Studies
We actively support and encourage our people who are undertaking relevant further studies by offering assistance with study costs and time. We consider this to be crucial not only for your personal development but for the continued growth of services we are able to offer our clients.
Our Structure
Our formal structure offers flexibility and opportunities for all staff. We have guidelines in place to ensure staff understand their opportunities for advancement within the practice. Promotions within our firm are based on performance and not time spent in a position. This ensures that you don’t have to wait for a position to become available or ‘do your time’ before being promoted.
Social Club
A Social Club totally funded by the directors operates in our office and is very active in organising social events throughout the year. This includes monthly BBQ’s, quarterly activities and the annual Christmas Party for staff and their partners. |
