Stephen Pitt joined RWG Accountants & Advisors in January 2005 to head up Syris Business Development after 25 years in commercial banking. He completed his MBA in 2004 and is presently undertaking a Masters of Professional Accounting to be completed in 2006. Stephen brings with him extensive industry knowledge from his previous roles as Credit & Risk Manager and Senior Business Banking Manager for the National Australia Bank. In his last role as a Banker, he overviewed approximately 15,000 different businesses in Queensland ranging from small businesses, professional industries and large SME. This type of knowledge is invaluable in assisting the clients of RWG Accountants & Advisors to build their business using up to date industry knowledge and best practices.

Desley joined our team in August 2004 after completing 13 years as a Business Services Manager in a big 5 accounting firm in Townsville. Desley’s experience in accounting, audit, business practices and human resources enables the firm to “think outside the square” when offering services to our clients.
