Due to the recent health directive issued by the Queensland Government, we at RWG and Ascentis have decided that in the best interests of our staff and in order to comply with the Qld Government preferences we have enacted our Work From Home Policy. We have in the past continued to work from the office however due to the advised potential risks and how contagious this variant of the Covid virus is we are going to work from home in the short term. Our systems are set up and ready to go so you should see no real interruption to the services we provide.
The only change at this point will be the ability to reach us via telephone. We have diverted our phone system to our Administration Team Leader Tracey, however she will only be able to answer one line at a time and there is no queuing option. She will also not be able to transfer your call but will take a message and get the relevant staff member to return your call. It would be best where possible while we are working from home for you to e:mail the staff member you are wanting to contact and ask them to call you if required. If you have any issues using our current phone number of 5531 1288 you can also try 5675 7500.

We will advise when we are back in the office however in the meantime, we hope you all stay safe and we look forward to coming out the other side of another disruption caused by this forever frustrating pandemic.
